Since 1995, owner Shannon Benson has lived and breathed the beauty industry. A proud mom of two, wife and passionate stylist and mentor, Shannon has spent her career working behind the chair, managing salon, and coaching stylists to grow both personally and professionally.

With a natural love for people and an entrepreneurial spirit, She created Hairapy Salon to bring her vision of the “perfect happy salon” to life. Located in Milltown, NJ, Hairapy Salon is more than just a place to get your hair done, it’s a family. We believe in warm welcome, genuine conversations, and professional styles that make every guest feel beautiful and confident. Education is at the heart of everything we do. Our team takes multiple classes each year, staying on top of the latest trends, techniques, and products so that we can offer the very best to our guests. From advanced color services to extensions, treatments, and styling we are always growing and bringing fresh ideas to the chair.
