Meet The Hairapy Team

Shannon Breen

Shannon – Owner & Master Stylist As the owner and heart behind Hairapy, Shannon brings over 30 years of experience, creativity, and genuine care to her craft. Specializing in highlights, color, and cutting, she’s also extension and keratin certified always striving to deliver personalized, confidence-boosting transformations for every guest who sits in her chair. Shannon’s favorite part of being a hairstylist is rebuilding people’s confidence and helping them see their own beauty. Beyond working behind the chair, she’s passionate about mentoring her team and watching stylists grow and succeed in their careers. When she’s not at the salon, you can find Shannon traveling, exploring new trends, and embracing all things beauty and inspiration.

Kathleen Kyle

Kathleen Senior Stylist & Team Trainer Licensed since 2010, Kathleen brings over 15 years of experience and a deep passion for education and artistry behind the chair. She’s a DreamCatchers Extension Certified specialist, Redken Specialist, Olaplex Certified, K18 Certified, and Keratin Complex Certified. Kathleen’s specialties include corrective color, blonding, and vivid transformations. She loves that every day in the salon is something new fresh faces, new styles, and endless opportunities to make guests feel beautiful and confident. As Hairapy’s Team Trainer, Kathleen plays a key role in mentoring our associates and guiding ongoing education for the entire team, helping everyone grow in both skill and creativity. Outside the salon, she enjoys spending time with her family, loves reading psychological thrillers, hiking and camping, gardening with her favorite flowers and houseplants, and enjoying live music and concerts

Kristina Breese

Kristina – Level 3 Stylist With 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Kristina is known for her incredible eye for detail and her ability to create soft, dimensional looks that enhance each guest’s natural beauty. She specializes in blonding, lived-in color, and dimensional color, crafting styles that are both bright and effortlessly low-maintenance. Kristina is passionate about keeping hair healthy through every step of the lightening process. She takes pride in helping her guests achieve their dream color while maintaining strength, shine, and integrity. Her favorite techniques include color melts, root smudges, and glossing treatments that give hair a seamless, radiant finish. Outside the salon, Kristina loves spending time with her husband and daughters, enjoying family time, beach days, and traveling to new places.

Jordana Zeron

Jordana is a level two Hairstylist. She has been in the service industry for three years and loves all things blonding! She specializes in highlights and is both dreamcatchers and Bellami extension certified. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her singing, dancing, or getting her nails done, always keeping the good vibes and shining bright.

Skylar Griffin

Skylar is a level one stylist   and has been in the industry for two years and absolutely  loves creating,beautiful, dimensional color and bright glowing highlights. She loves that fresh confident feeling that she gives her guests! When she  is not behind the chair, you can find her shopping for her next great outfit or beauty find.

Madi associate in training- Madi is growing  skills with us here at Hairapy and is currently in our training program. She has a natural love for blonding and creating soft, beautiful  looks.She’s already showing so much talent behind the chair. Outside of the salon Madi loves she loves to draw, read and tap into anything artistic.

Emma Associate in training -With three years in the salon industry, Emma  loves doing men’s cuts, women’s cuts, and blowouts that make every guest feel their best. Outside of the salon, you can find her indulging her favorite foods and unwinding with some coloring time.

Emily – Marketing & Front Desk Coordinator Emily is Shannon’s daughter and the creative heartbeat behind Hairapy’s marketing and front desk. A psychology major with a marketing minor at Kean University, she brings a perfect blend of insight and creativity to the team. From managing social media and creating fresh, engaging content to making guests feel welcome the moment they walk in, Emily helps keep Hairapy’s energy and vision alive every day. Even though she doesn’t work behind the chair, her love for the salon industry shines through in everything she does. After college, Emily plans to continue helping Hairapy grow, evolve, and inspire, just like her mom!
