At Hairapy, we value your time, our team’s time, and the trust you place in us. Our policies are designed to ensure every guest has a smooth, enjoyable experience. Please take a moment to review them before your appointment.

We accept all major credit cards.
Checks are not accepted.
A 2.7% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Tips cannot be added to credit cards.
Gratuity may be left in cash or through our tipping system, which also carries a 3.5% processing fee.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid impacting other guests.
Repeated last minute cancellations or no shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.

We do not offer refunds on services.
If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within seven days of your original appointment so we can make it right with a complimentary adjustment when appropriate.

A $100 deposit is required to book any Keratin treatment.
For extensions, the cost of the hair must be paid in full before we place the order and schedule your installation appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable but are transferable if you reschedule with sufficient notice.

We are happy to accommodate early morning or on our closed days, appointments for formal styles or special events upon request.
A $50 upcharge per guest applies to all services booked outside of regular salon hours.

Our team works hard to stay on schedule and respect every guest’s time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be modified or rescheduled.

We guarantee the quality of all professional products purchased at Hairapy. Unused or gently used products may be exchanged within 14 days for salon credit.
